In our Library we support the school Literacy program by recognising reading as a lifelong skill in a world where we are surrounded by print.

We promote the value of books as a means to explore other worlds, both real and imaginary; to discover and evaluate information; to appreciate, enjoy and use language; to share in the experience of others or to recognise the expression of our thoughts and feelings; to never be lonely; and to be enjoyed for enjoyment's sake.

At St Thomas More we are fortunate to have an extremely large collection of books which is added to regularly and from which the students are encouraged to borrow.
